Optional maintenance: up to 30 minutes a month for text and image changes, a monthly link check and a backup after every change.
Launch pricing: €299 per landing page and €599 per business website, for the first three projects signed across both plans. The agreed price is fixed in the proposal. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at the legal rate where applicable. Domain and hosting for the first year are included, in the client's name; from the second year, the client pays the renewal to the provider. *Timelines start once all content and the deposit are received, subject to the availability confirmed in the proposal.

Define.
We agree in writing on the pages, features, content, timeline and price. Work starts once the proposal is approved, the content is received and 50% of the build fee is paid.
- 02
Build.
We present the first version and gather your feedback. Presence includes two rounds of adjustments and Structure three, within the approved scope. Each round is one consolidated list of requests.
- 03
Launch.
After approval and final payment, we publish the site and hand over the agreed files and access. Support is included for 30 days; after that, maintenance is optional.

Do I own the website?
Once paid in full, we hand over the project code and content, subject to the licences of any third-party resources. The domain and hosting stay in your own accounts. You are free to manage the site with another professional.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Domain and hosting for the first year are included; from the second year, you pay the renewal directly to the provider, at the prices listed in the proposal. Alcatraz Studio maintenance is optional.
What content do I need to send?
A description of your business, services, contacts, logo and photos you have permission to use. We organise the material you send and, on the Structure plan, edit the copy. If you have no photos, we use stock images licensed for commercial use. Photo shoots, translation and full copywriting are quoted separately.
What isn't included?
Online shops, payments, client areas, booking systems, ad campaigns and ongoing SEO. These need their own proposal. We do not promise Google rankings or a number of customers.
How are changes handled?
Each round is one list of adjustments to the approved work. New pages or features are quoted separately. The care plan covers small content changes; extra time costs €30/hour, only after you approve an estimate. Reviewing the request counts towards that time. Fixing a mistake in the agreed delivery is never extra work.
