What is included.
Launch pricing for our first three signed projects, counting landing pages and business websites together. Scope, third-party costs and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at the legal rate where applicable. Domain and hosting included for the first year; renewals and third-party licences not included. Build prices of €299 and €599 apply to the first three projects signed across both plans. The price accepted in writing does not change during the project.
Clear terms from the start.
Payment and revisions
50% of the build fee up front and 50% after approval, before launch and handover: €149.50 + €149.50 for Presence, or €299.50 + €299.50 for Structure. Base prices, plus VAT where applicable. Presence includes 2 rounds of revisions and Structure 3; each round is one consolidated list of adjustments within the approved scope. New features, new pages and changes of direction are quoted separately. Fixing errors against the approved scope does not use up a revision round and is never charged as extra work.
Content, timeline and features
The client provides the text, logo, contacts and images they have permission to use. The timeline starts once all material and the deposit are received. Time spent waiting for client replies does not count towards it.
Not included: online shops, payments, bookings, client areas, translation, photo shoots, full copywriting, ad campaigns or ongoing SEO. Preparing titles and descriptions does not guarantee search rankings or new customers.
Domain, hosting and handover
Domain and hosting for the first year are included and registered in the client's name, in their own accounts. From the second year, the client pays the renewal to the provider, at the prices listed in the proposal. We also set up a professional email address on the domain and the Google Maps business profile. The privacy page is based on a template and is not legal advice. Once paid in full, we hand over the project files and access; third-party resources keep their own licences.
Optional maintenance
The first 30 days after launch include support. Maintenance starts after that, only with explicit sign-up. No lock-in; cancel before the next monthly renewal. Does not include emergency support, 24-hour availability, new features, redesigns, hosting provider incidents or malware clean-up. The 30 minutes cover reviewing and carrying out requests; anything beyond requires prior approval.

- Presence with 12 months of Care: €647 (€299 + 12 × €29).
- Structure with 12 months of Care: €947 (€599 + 12 × €29).
From the second year, domain and hosting renewals are added, plus VAT where applicable. Maintenance is optional and can be cancelled on the terms above.
